This podcast aims to introduce listeners to the planning system. It will explore the circumstances in which planning permission will be required and the steps to consider when applying for planning permission. It will consider the rules relating to imposition of planning conditions and planning obligations. It will also explain how a Local Planning Authority’s decision to either refuse or grant planning permission can be challenged.
