This podcast is aimed at practitioners interested in wills, trusts and private client matters (including the Court of Protection). It will review a recent case from the Court of Appeal concerning reasonable provision under the I(PFD)A 1975, cost rules in mutual wills cases, the decision in Pitt v Holt and a recent case on media access to the Court of Protection.
