Course Aims:

This podcast aims to refresh listeners with some of the current hot topics in procurement law and how practitioners can approach common difficulties in the disclosure and tendering process, the use of a framework agreement and how the new regulations concerning breach of the procurement rules are likely to change the dynamic of procurement in the UK.
