This podcast aims to give the listener an overview of psychometric testing and its current use in recruitment and employment. It is intended to give the listener an appreciation of the increasing popularity of psychometric testing and an idea of the tests most commonly used by employers. Finally, it looks in detail at the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the personality traits this test attempts to assess.
