This CPDcast series aim to provide practitioners with a detailed discussion of the public procurement changes which were introduced by the new EU public procurement rules at the end of 2014. The UK government began to implement the changes in early 2015 and this podcast series discusses the implementation process and the changes in considerable detail. In the second part of this series discussion covers various aspects of the procurement process, and the related changes, including: reporting requirements; modification of contracts; termination of contracts; and the Lord Young’s reforms.
