This CPDcast series aims to provide practitioners with an understanding of those issues that need careful consideration when an insolvency practitioner is appointed as either an administrator or liquidator of a company, including the review of the company’s constitution prior to appointment, the timing of when to notify Companies House when moving from liquidation to administration and the correct paperwork to use.

Outcomes:
