This podcast is aimed at practitioners interested in environmental law, particularly breaches of environmental protection. It aims to set out the background to the legislation, it's important provisions, how it deals with the question of civil or criminal sanctions and assesses what impact it is likely to have on the wider regulatory enforcement framework.

Outcomes:
