This is part two of a two part podcast taken from an interview with Jeremy Callman, a barrister specialising in partnerships and LLPs at Ten Old Square. It is important to listen to both parts to fully understand the topic. You should therefore have already listened to part one before listening to this part. Part two deals with how the status of a partner is determined with respect to the restrictive covenant, and whether the position in relation to restrictive covenants differs in relation to partnerships and LLPs. There is also discussion of some particular types of restrictive covenant common in the partnership context.
