This podcast aims to outline the process whereby UK businesses can legally employ migrant workers. It provides an overview of the points based immigration system, helpful guidance in relation to the sponsor licence application, sets out the process of record keeping on sponsored migrants and considers the steps taken by the UKBA to prevent illegal working.
