This podcast serves as an overview and update of the law on agricultural tenancies. It looks firstly at recent changes to rent reviews and the possible consequences. Secondly it examines the necessary to qualify for full succession rights to the tenancy, including occupancy and suitability regimes. The podcast goes on to examine the security of tenure provisions and how recent legislative changes have affected landlords and tenants in this regard. Finally the podcast ends with a discussion of the changes to the leasehold dispute resolution procedure
