This podcast provides a general discussion of the recent activities of the SFO. The aim of the course is to ensure practitioners consider The Bribery Act 2010 and the work the SFO has done under this legislation since it entered into force. The podcast covers the offences under the bribery act; the activities of the SFO; the issue with securing convictions under the bribery act; recent cases; and some practical insight into the potential future activities of the SFO and further convictions.
