This podcast aims to update the listener on the changes affecting companies' share and capital arrangements and reporting following the final implementation of the Companies Act 2006 on 1st October 2009. It will continue the discussions begun in Part one by examining in detail the new requirements relating to solvency statements, capital reduction and the protection of creditors and also issues concerning the redenomination of share capital into foreign currency
