Course Aims:

This CPDcast aims to provide practitioners with an understanding of the meaning of state aid in the context of planning and compulsory purchase order cases. It examines a number of issues, including: the meaning of state aid; the relevant legislation; the relevance of state aid to practitioners; the scope of state aid; the de minimis threshold; and practical tips on how practitioners who are exposed to planning and compulsory purchase order issues should act in order to minimise risk.

Outcomes:
