This podcast aims to explore the way in which migrants to the UK with high net worth can mitigate their tax exposure to HMRC. The podcast will address the initial visa entry requirements and will go on to discuss the important concepts of 'residence' and 'domicile' in determining what tax falls to be paid. Much of this podcast will discuss the means by which wealthy individuals and their families can protect their assets outside the UK from tax while still provide for themselves to a comfortable standard during their stay.
