This podcast is aimed at all practitioners and gives them a guide to the Access to Justice Foundation, its purposes and how it will work to coordinate pro bono legal work. It is relevant to practitioners of all levels and in all areas of law.

Section 194 of the Legal Services Act 2007 enables a court to make an order for costs in civil cases where representation was provided pro bono.
