In this CPDcast, Rhodri Thomas, a Senior Associate at Watson, Farley & Williams LLP, looks at the need for employers to regularly update their employees’ contracts of employment. With this aim in mind, Rhodri focuses on a number of recent developments in employment law, such as those affecting holiday pay, childcare, permanent health insurance, the fit for work service, disability discrimination and disciplinary procedures.
