This podcast aims to outline changes to the UK's whistleblowing legislation contained within the current Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill 2012-13. It sets out proposals to change the definitions of protected disclosures and qualifying disclosures, removal of the requirement that protected disclosures in whistleblowing cases are made 'in good faith' and outlines changes to the provision that nullifies a confidentiality or ‘gagging’ provision in a compromise agreement.

Outcomes:
